IT inventory, network requirements at the new site, recommendations for new technology to purchase and install, and more. We are your one point of contact to coordinate complex, multi-city, and/or large-scale relocations with tight deadlines.
All desktop technology is labelled, disconnected, packed in move bags, and reconnected on the new desk — monitors, monitor arms, docking stations, phones, keyboards, convenience plugs. All functioning properly for the first day.
Post-move IT support to ensure that every user is comfortable and ready to work. Swapping out equipment or cables as needed and adjusting hardware placement to meet individual preferences and ergonomic standards.

Every piece of hardware that is not being moved to the new site is inventoried, removed and recycled through our certified ITAD process. Data is destroyed. Certificates issued.

Every hard drive and storage device you don't need to keep is wiped clean using standard NIST data destruction software. Physical shredding of the drives and devices comes next. Certificates of Destruction provided for every asset.

Not everything needs to come with you to the new space. We recycle or donate the hardware and electronics you're leaving behind so nothing ends up in a landfill, and you save on moving costs by only relocating what you'll actually use.

We provide office relocation services across Canada, with local teams right across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland — from downtown towers to suburban business parks, and everywhere between.
Vancouver packs a dense high-rise core onto a compact peninsula — Coal Harbour, Yaletown and the Burrard corridor. Those buildings run their own strata approvals, Certificates of Insurance and booked freight-elevator windows, and most moves happen evenings or weekends to fit them. We handle that coordination before move day, so building access never holds your project up.
Beyond the core, the Lower Mainland spreads to Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam and the North Shore — separated by bridges, tunnels and some of the heaviest traffic in the country. Many moves run from a downtown tower to a suburban business park: two different buildings, two sets of access rules, one transport window planned around the route. We manage the teardown at one end and the reconnect at the other so your team comes back online on schedule.
The Lower Mainland is one of the wettest regions in Canada, so servers, AV systems and workstations travel wrapped and sealed against moisture, not just boxed and loaded. Vancouver also sits in an active seismic zone, so storage arrays and server racks are packed and re-installed with proper support in mind. Winters are mild and snow is rare — the real variable is rain — and our handling is built around that.
