A full-scale enterprise data center (50+ racks) may take up to 4 weeks, done in phases. We work backwards from your deadline and build a realistic schedule to guarantee your network uptime.

Some downtime is unavoidable during the unracking and transport stages. We minimize it through detailed planning and coordination. For critical systems, we plan phased moves where redundant systems stay live while primary equipment moves. We can schedule moves on weekends to minimize impact on business operations.

We create network diagrams as well as rack elevations and port maps depending on your project requirements. Photos and videos are also taken throughout the process at site walkthrough, during unracking and packing and after the final reconnection is complete.

All equipment is securely packed using anti-static materials, custom boxes and crates, and is transported in vehicles with climate control and air-ride suspension which is a part of our premium package.

Relocation is the moving of equipment from a current facility to a new one where it will continue to function. Decommissioning is a permanent shutdown — cables are removed, equipment is disconnected and recycled, and data is destroyed.
