Monitor Installations
Hundreds of monitors mounted onto single or dual monitor arms. Displays are aligned and tensioned perfectly. Old monitors and stands are removed, inventoried, and recycled. Popular brands installed include Dell, HP, LG, Samsung, BenQ and ASUS.
Cable Management Systems
Power, USB and/or USB-C, HDMI, ethernet and display port cables are connected, routed and organized using Velcro or built-in clips on monitor arms. Underneath the desk, the cables are hidden using cable trays, raceways and looms. Workstations look professional, tidy and are free from tripping hazards.
Hardware Deployments & Refresh
New technology installations at scale –– laptops, PCs, display monitors, docks, keyboards, mice and phones. We unbox, set up, connect, and test every device. Boxes are collected and recycled, plastic and other garbage is removed. Picture-perfect workstation setups every time.

IP phones, headsets, keyboards, mice, webcams and other peripherals are deployed and configured. Network connections are tested, cables are tidied.

Mockup & Scope
A mockup is a single workstation built to spec before full deployment. It lets us confirm monitor arm configurations, desk ergonomics, and how everything looks end-to-end before scaling across the floor, catching issues early and ensuring every workstation is consistent. Cable management and routing strategies are finalized at this stage.

Install
Equipment is allocated by floor or department, then unboxed and installed based on the mockup requirements. Cable management systems are installed under the desks and cables are organized and hidden.

Verify & Report
We power on every monitor to confirm it's functional. Network connections are tested. Garbage, recycling and packaging disposal handled. Photos of final setups are included in the report the client receives.

Fine-Tune
Post-install IT support to make sure end users are comfortable and productive. Adjusting monitor tilt, peripheral placement, and swapping out equipment as needed to meet individual preferences and ergonomic standards.
