The Challenge
This task involves disconnecting and removing outdated PCs, then unboxing and deploying new equipment—including monitors, PCs, keyboards, and mice—across approximately 100 branches within a set timeframe. Once deployed, staff members are responsible for configuring the systems and installing the necessary software.
Our Solution
Through effective collaboration and planning between TPL, Quantum Lifecycle, and Unio Tech Solutions, the rollout of new PCs across approximately 100 branches in the Greater Toronto Area was successfully completed within seven months. Careful coordination around the number of PCs per day, the number of branches to cover daily, and the allocation of staff for configuration and installation played a key role in the project's success.
