Coordinated the daily cadence
TPL, Quantum Lifecycle, and Unio aligned on PCs-per-day, branches-per-day, and the staff plan for each handoff before crews moved.

Pulled outdated PCs, monitors, keyboards, and mice from each branch in a consistent sequence so nothing got missed branch to branch.

Unboxed and deployed at each station
Set up new Dell PCs and peripherals across all 100 branches with the same install standard everywhere, with clean cable management at every station.

Handed off ready for configuration
Left each branch in a state where TPL staff could pick up software install and final configuration without delays or surprises.
