All desktop technology is labelled, disconnected, packed in move bags, and reconnected on the new desk — monitors, monitor arms, docking stations, phones, keyboards, convenience plugs. All functioning properly for the first day.
Post-move IT support to ensure that every user is comfortable and ready to work. Swapping out equipment or cables as needed and adjusting hardware placement to meet individual preferences and ergonomic standards.

Every piece of hardware that is not being moved to the new site is inventoried, removed and recycled through our certified ITAD process. Data is destroyed. Certificates issued.

Every hard drive and storage device you don't need to keep is wiped clean using standard NIST data destruction software. Physical shredding of the drives and devices comes next. Certificates of Destruction provided for every asset.

Not everything needs to come with you to the new space. We recycle or donate the hardware and electronics you're leaving behind so nothing ends up in a landfill, and you save on moving costs by only relocating what you'll actually use.

We provide office relocation services across Canada, with local teams right across the Greater Toronto Area, from Financial District towers to suburban business parks out in the 905, and everywhere between.
Toronto's downtown core holds Canada's densest cluster of office towers, First Canadian Place, the TD Centre and Brookfield Place among them, where a single building can hold thousands of staff across dozens of floors. Each one runs its own move-in rules: a booked freight-elevator and loading-dock window, building security sign-off, and a move plan filed with property management. We sort all of that out with the building before move day so tower logistics never stall your project.
Beyond the 416 core, our teams cover Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Oakville. A lot of GTA moves cross the 905 line: two addresses, two sets of building rules, and one transport window planned around the 401, so we put a single crew in charge of both ends, the same people who tear down at the old office rebuild at the new one.
Toronto has more corporate head offices than any other Canadian city, so multi-floor and full-building IT moves are routine for us. We sequence them floor by floor, stage equipment so finished floors come online while later ones are still in transit, and scale the crew to the building, so a single ten-person floor and a ten-floor headquarters move to the same standard.
