Lisa Phillips

Lisa has run multiple businesses for more than 20 years. With an extensive background in leadership training, marketing and financial management, she brings a strong foundation to Unio Tech Solutions from both the not-for-profit and private sectors. Prior to starting Unio Tech with Jason, Lisa was the Deputy CEO of a business consulting and coaching company for an international entrepreneur.

Passionate about organization, Lisa’s focus is to provide excellent fiscal management while continuing to enhance corporate policies and procedures so the staff can provide the highest quality service to our clients. She is also a published author of the book, The Artistic Edge and consultant in the arts education field who has been featured in The Washington Post.
