Sized each site from the CPA Ontario exam schedule — 30 to 1,500 laptops — and pre-built the crew, shipping, and timeline for each one before deployment day.

Set up and configured every laptop inside the one-to-two day window per site, ready for candidates without disrupting the exam timeline.

Communicated exceptions in real time
Flagged shipment delays, configuration issues, and damaged devices to CPA Ontario as they came up, so decisions could be made on the spot instead of after the fact.

Served as Tech Protectors when required
Provided extra on-site personnel to act as Tech Protectors during exams, covering technical issues so proctors and candidates could focus on the exam itself.
