The Challenge
This work involves setting up and configuring laptops for 30 to 1,500 candidates within a 1–2-day timeframe across various exam locations during exam season. Additionally, some sites require extra personnel to serve as Tech Protectors.
Our Solution
Through strong team coordination, our technicians were able to streamline the process, significantly reducing the time required for laptop deployment and configuration across various locations. We also ensured timely communication regarding shipment delays, configuration issues, or damaged devices.
