Disconnected floor by floor
Crews worked each floor in sequence, disconnecting every PC, monitor, TV, projector, and rack so the furniture teardown could follow without delay.

Equipment moved from each floor to designated staging rooms, then down to the garage staging area and packed into gaylords ready for transport.

Loaded and trucked offsite
Trucked every gaylord offsite for downstream handling, with extended work hours and added staffing to keep the seven-day window.

Closed out on schedule
All three floors of IT assets — TVs, projectors, racks, and peripherals — removed inside the planned week alongside the furniture teardown.
